When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- We are unable to activate your license
- We cannot provide the service as described
- Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery
- We fail to resolve service issues within a reasonable timeframe
Important Notes
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Successfully activated and working licenses are non-refundable
- Violations of our Terms of Service void any refund eligibility
